Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Campus Shoes account, navigate to your order history, and select the 'Return/Exchange' button for the specific item.

  Pack with Care

  Place the unworn shoes back in their original branded box and secure them inside a shipping mailer to ensure they arrive back in pristine condition.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid return shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package, covering any previous barcodes.

• 4.
  Drop Off & Track

  Hand your package to the designated courier partner and keep your tracking receipt; we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days of receipt.
